AS DIRECTOR OF PHILANTHROPY AND ENGAGEMENT
Veteran arts leader joins Central Florida’s premier choral and orchestral organization to spearhead strategic donor partnerships and elevate patron experience.
WINTER PARK, FL (September 8, 2026)— The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jennifer McInnes Coolidge as Director of Philanthropy and Engagement. Coolidge joins the organization at a pivotal moment, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership in arts administration, capital campaigns, and strategic community partnerships to help guide the Bach Festival Society into a vibrant new era.
In her new role, Coolidge will lead philanthropic initiatives, major gifts, and patron engagement strategies—deepening connections between artists, audiences, and supporters to ensure the long-term vitality of Bach’s performances and educational outreach.
Coolidge brings extensive expertise to the organization, having previously held senior development and executive roles at the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, the Atlantic Center for the Arts, Florida Alliance for Arts Education, and the University of Florida College of the Arts.
