Tenor Cody Ryan Arthur maintains a multifaceted career spanning operatic, concert, and choral stages throughout the United States and abroad. On the concert stage, Mr. Arthur has collaborated with Ars Lyrica, Bach Society Houston, Greenbriar Consortium and TACTUS in Oklahoma City. His oratorio repertoire centers on the works of Bach, Handel, and Mozart, while also extending into the Romantic tradition and the music of the 20th and 21st centuries. His operatic repertoire encompasses works from the Baroque through the Contemporary eras. He has appeared with such respected organizations as the Miami Music Festival, Chicago Summer Opera, Opera NEO, Operafest Sewanee, and is a regular member of the Houston Grand Opera Chorus. In addition to his classical endeavors, Mr. Arthur is equally adept in Musical Theater, Southern gospel, and jazz, appearing regularly in digital productions, cabarets, and intimate concert settings. He maintains an active private voice studio in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston.
