WINTER PARK, FL - The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park is pleased to announce that Elizabeth (Betsy) Gwinn has assumed the position of Executive Director. Ms. Gwinn comes to the Bach Festival with a wealth of non-profit administration experience. She was formerly Planning Administrator at the Orlando Museum of Art with responsibilities for strategic and annual planning and project development. "I am so pleased to be part of the wonderful Bach Festival Society family. This organization is unique in so many ways-it has a remarkable history of producing outstanding music, a volunteer base that is unparalleled in terms of both commitment and passion, and wonderful leadership talent in Artistic Director Dr. John Sinclair and Board President Eric Ravndal.
Ravndal announces "As a proven and gifted administrator, Betsy brings to The Bach Festival Society a deep commitment to the arts as well as both the expertise and energy necessary to propel us along the pathway of excellence that has characterized this venerable organization for 72 years. In addition, her experience in the not-for-profit arena, her exceptional organizational skills, and her most delightful and enthusiastic personality will greatly enhance our presence in the Greater Central Florida community."
