Bach’s St. John Passion

A program of drama and splendor

One of Bach’s greatest masterpieces, the St. John Passion is full of fervor and extravagance. Performed in English, the intimate and immediate perspective that this telling of the Passion of the Christ brings will draw you into the middle of the story. Full of drama, the story is told through both individual solo voices and the magnificent Bach Festival Choir.

This dramatic work once again proves Bach to be a consummate storyteller and master of great choral works.
