Ticket Policies & Lost Tickets
Unfortunately, the Bach Festival Society is not able to make refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use a ticket, we suggest you offer it to a friend or return it to the Bach Festival Society office at least 24 hours prior to the concert to receive acknowledgment of your gift for income tax purposes. In the event of a sold-out performance, your returned ticket doubly benefits the Bach Festival Society.
Lost tickets may be replaced by contacting the Bach Festival Society office in advance of the concert or by visiting the Box Office and Development Coordinator at the concert door.
